| Product managers and development managers have one place where they frequently butt heads: the Market Requirements Document (MRD). Many product managers spend months writing an extremely long, often difficult to read document, only to have development kick it back so it can be “more specific”. Development managers complain that product managers spend more time in design and not enough time measuring the pervasive need for product changes. What if you had a single system for both teams to use? What if that system delivered new product on a consistent and dependable schedule? What kind of impact would this have on revenue? Deliverable: This service focuses on a single product and delivers a MRD using a system that product management and development teams can use for all new products and releases. This MRD will include a detail description of who we are trying to please (the Persona), what matters to them (Persona Goals) and the underlying requirements and use-cases that together are needed to satisfy a Persona Goal. All input data for the MRD will come from onsite interviews (to identify unsolved problems) and associated surveys (to determine pervasiveness).
